Joel was born in Australia and emigrated to Canada in 2009 after completing his education at Murdoch University in Perth. Initially moving to Vancouver Island, he relocated to Grande Prairie, AB for a number of years before settling in one of the most beautiful and livable places in the world, South Surrey. Currently he lives with his wife Katie, daughter Emma and dog Kloe in Crescent Beach and focuses on helping his clients realize their real estate dreams buying and selling homes throughout Surrey, South Surrey, White Rock and Langley.
Joel grew up on an isolated cattle property in the Australia ‘Outback’ where he developed a very strong work ethic and proactive approach to whatever task is at hand. Today that translates into a business ethic that focuses on finding solutions and making sure the job gets done. His formal education as a lawyer ensures that his clients can negotiate the complexities of purchasing and selling their homes with a minimum of stress and concern.
Before making the transition into real estate, Joel spent over 5 years managing franchise automotive dealerships in Alberta.
